Boy Scouts of America Mobile Medical Container

40′ mobile medical container built for the Boy Scouts of America. The unit can be found on Melita Island, a Boy Scouts camping retreat on a private island on the beautiful Flathead Lake in Montana. With one check-in/office room, two diagnosis rooms, one exam room, and a mobile plumbing system with tanks, this unit is able to handle all of the retreat’s on-site simple medical needs.

PROJECT SCOPE

ROXBOX coordinated with the client to execute design + inspections/approvals + build + delivery of a turn-key unit.

    • Exterior steel door and interior pocket doors
    • Windows and fans
    • Closed-cell spray foam insulation
    • Grey Trusscore walls for durability and washability
    • Electrical and lighting system
    • Mobile plumbing system with tanks
    • HVAC w/ heating and cooling
    • Custom medical office equipment, cabinetry & examination bed
    • Epoxy w/ non-slip flakes
    • Exterior paint (Boy Scouts’ Brown)
    • Exterior first aid sign
